John is a bankruptcy attorney with 35 years of experience in resolving complex commercial matters.  Over the course of many years he has seen it all from both the creditor and debtor perspectives.  While the early years of his practice were focused on the representaton of banks and financial institutions, an area he still handles, in more recent years he has taken the experience and respect he has earned within the creditor rights community to assisting financially distressed businesses and other commercial interests restructure their finances in many unique innovative ways.  He is a great communicator with a gift for explaining complicated issues in understandable language.
