Prior to joining the office of Schuh & Goldberg, Brian Goldberg was a Public Defender assigned to the felony division of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas. He also was a law clerk for the Honorable Norbert A. Nadel of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Goldberg has experience representing individuals charged with a wide variety of crimes including driving under the influence, robbery, drug trafficking, sex offenses, and murder.

Mr. Goldberg focuses his practice on criminal defense in federal, state and local courts since 2005.
